The direct-drive GM … dz blowers from AERZEN are high-performance machines. 1 or 2 stage design, with separate pressurised oil lubrication for the oil-free transport and compression of air, neutral gases, and gas mixtures. Highly advanced and extremely robust Roots-type products. Available in a wide range of special materials and seals, such as stainless steel or as acetylene boosters according to TRAC norms.<\/p>\n

Housing with circular flanges and o-ring seals, lube and purge oil supply by complete oil unit, oil chambers under gas pressure.<\/p>\n

SHAFT SEALINGS<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Conveying chamber by combined oil slinger piston ring labyrinth seals with condensate chamber between the piston rings or shaft seal ring – piston ring labyrinth seal.<\/p>\n

The drive shaft is sealdes via compressed-oil-purged double-acting mechanical seal.<\/p>\n
