Liquid ring vacuum pump

This liquid ring vacuum pump improve a vacuum using seal liquid and enables stable operation in any process due to the absence of direct friction between Impeller and cylinder. In addition, it enables to select sealing liquid and materials suitable for customer process and facilitates treatment and recovery of condensable gas or suction gas. The liquid ring vacuum pump can be divided into direct coupling pump, 1stage and 2stage types depending on the size and degree of vacuum and exert stable performance in a wide range of vacuum areas up to 33mbar abs. at the atmospheric pressure. In particular, the condensation effects that occur when the inhaled process gas comes in contact with seal liquid can double the performance of the increase in vacuum pump capacity.
