Detailed introduction:
Exhaust systems play a very important role in the gas-powered vehicle industry. For motorcycles in particular, the exhaust system is an indispensable part to ensure the discharge of exhaust gases into the environment and reduce noise. In the motorcycle muffler production line, in addition to rolling the billet to create a profile, so that the product has a standard profile as required by the design, Techcon provides customers with equipment for stamping machine to correct the shape of the exhaust. The machine is a suitable technological solution that brings high accuracy, increases productivity, ensures high aesthetics and improves product costs.
Working Principle:
The machine operates based on a hydraulic cylinder system, using cold stamping processing to straighten details at the mold table made of high-strength SKD11 steel. Details that need to be profiled will undergo 2 stamping stages according to the supplier’s design standards. The machine uses HMI Graphite control screen to help workers easily adjust the machine mode.
Technical improvements:
The machine has a minimalist design, lighter weight than conventional cold stamping machines, ensuring labor safety and high efficiency.
